MXDT started with AI automation, and it's still what we do best. Along the way, we kept running into the same pattern: the businesses we worked with needed help with more than just automation — a website that didn't represent them anymore, marketing that never quite got done, an app idea sitting on a shelf. So we grew into that too. Today MXDT is an IT partner for growing businesses, with AI automation as the thing we lead with.
We start small, on purpose.
We'd rather prove something works on a small, fixed-price project than have you sign up for a big, vague retainer up front. If it goes well, we keep going. If it doesn't, you're not stuck.
We don't pretend to be something we're not.
We're not a 200-person agency, and we're not trying to be. That means you deal directly with the people actually doing the work — no account managers relaying messages. It also means we're upfront when something's outside what we do well; if that happens, we'll say so and point you somewhere better, rather than take the project anyway.
