MXDT is an AI automation agency based in Humlebæk, Denmark, working with businesses across Denmark and internationally.

2. What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Business type (optional)
- The content of your message
- Submission timestamp and consent record
3. Why we collect it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and follow up on a potential collaboration. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Who sees your data
Your information is processed by:
- MXDT (oliver@mxdt.org)
- Supabase (data storage, EU region)
- Anthropic (AI processing of your message to generate a reply)
- Make.com (automation platform)
- Google (email delivery via Gmail)
All data processors are subject to data processing agreements.
5. How long we keep it
We retain your contact information for up to 12 months. After that, it is anonymised or deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time

7. Cookies
This website does not use marketing cookies. We use Cloudflare for security and performance.
